Learn to Nordic Walk in Chesterfield. Nordic walking is a great way to improve your fitness, lose weight and tone up whilst having fun. This Learn to Nordic Walk Course takes place over 4 weeks and each week builds on the last.
This fantastic course will teach you the Nordic Walking technique and each session adds another 'gear' which helps you to gain propulsion from the poles whilst gradually increasing the pace of your workout. Nordic Walking is a great way to improve your posture and fitness and this course is split into four 1 hour sessions in a relaxed group. You will need suitable clothing for the weather.
